Winner of InterSolar AWARD for inverters 2019.
Coming in at literally HALF the weight of their predecessors, the new FusionSolar three-phase inverters are a compact unit weighing in at just 25kg.
Exactly how Huawei has made the 12kW, 15kW and 20kW so light is a mystery, however, a small amount of this excess weight loss may be down to the display-less design – commissioning is done with a smartphone or tablet.
Also, the inverters are ‘naturally cooled’, meaning that there is no fan (often considered a weak spot as it’s a moving part). Instead, cooling is achieved by clever component placement and using the entire case as an effective heat sink
Another feature that puts this inverter ahead of others is the built-in DC and AC Type 2 surge protection.
- Multiple MPPT minimises the shortcomings of shading and uneven orientations
- Fully sealed, IP65 – prevents against water penetration and corrosion
- No DC combiner boxes or fuses, minimised fire risk from DC arcing
- Low noise outputs and low electromagnetic radiation fields
The SUN2000 M0 range is available in 3 sizes 12kW, 15kW and 20kW.
Huawei Technologies was selected as one of the three winners of the Intersolar AWARD 2019 for its SUN2000 12-20KTL series.
The award was judged on long service life capabilities and improved maintenance strategies. Additional criteria included curve analysis and multi MPP tracking characteristics.
Please note: this range does not (as yet) support Huawei optimisers. Also, the monitoring portal Net ECO is not available for UK customers, however, 3rd party monitoring can be used.
